We at Fawn Memories Event Co. are a team passionate about curating unforgettable experiences that inspire. Working with some of the most creative minds in the industry, we strive to tailor each event to meet the specific needs and desires of our clients.
We are looking for “self starters” that will support the event set-up of our operation: assisting with the loading and unloading of event decor and furniture at a predetermined venue as well as set-up and tear down of events such as weddings, private and public functions based on a design concept. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy, a great attitude, and problem solving skills to it’s team. This is a seasonal, casual position including mostly weekend hours.
Assisting with the delivery of furniture rentals, decor pieces to event venues
Assist with accurate loading and unloading of event decor such as linens, furniture onto vehicles ensuring that items are properly loaded and secure to reduce damage
Assist with event decor set-up including setup of furniture, linens, dishware, backdrops and signage as well as assist with tear down under guidance
Assist with other vendors if needed such as florists, caterers, venue staff
Assist with event preparation including but not limited to: linen pickups/ drop offs, rental pickups, signage and supply pickups
Access to a vehicle.
Work mornings,afternoons and possible late nights on weekends with occasional weekdays (June-October is high time).
Ability to bend, walk/stand for 8 hours or more and lift 50lbs.
Strong and clear communication skills.
Customer service focused.
Punctual and dependable.
Must be able to display a positive attitude while collaborating with a team.
Ability to work and complete tasks without supervision.
