We are passionate about creating stunning wedding and event décor with exquisite, high design elements! Join our dynamic team of reliable, creative, and detail-oriented individuals to help bring our visions life during event setup and teardown.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading décor items (floral arches, centerpieces, backdrops, furniture, etc.)

Set up ceremony and reception décor according to design plans

Style tablescapes and floral installations with precision

Ensure all items are clean, organized, and event-ready

Assist with event teardown and inventory management

Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and vendors

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lift 40–50 lbs

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and in varying weather conditions (heat, rain)

Reliable transportation to venues within Cape Breton (requires early mornings)

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Experience in events, weddings, florals, or design is an asset (but not required)

Takes pride in creating picture-perfect setups

Works efficiently under time constraints 

Able to work weekends and flexible with seasonal scheduling (Friday- Sunday, June-November)
